Day 79

Wow,  only 11days to finish!
These days I really need to push myself up to go off for exercises....
I hate it because I need to go to park to do all exercise, its humid and damn hot temperature out there...
Every time after exerceses,  I am very exhausted. I am wondering why I can not get great feeling as Patrick mentioned in his daily email....

By the way,  weight loss has stopped....as of today, minus 5.3kg.  My initial goal was at least 6-7kg loss...though this is not the goal for this program, but for my self satisfaction, I will try hard to hit this goal by Day90.

I've already booked "champagne brunch" with my girl friends to celebrate PCP graduation....so keep it up by then!

Day 64

It's been a while since my last blog....For the last couple of weeks,  there were PCP failure quite a bit....
Formula One in Singapore, followed by trip to Scotland...now back in Singapore.
I need to be serious about PCP program again to finish with happy result on Day90....

Day 49

Today is my birthday! What a lucky girl I am! Today Patrick sent an email of "indulgence"!!! 
Since I am not craving for any particular food at the moment...probably, my indulgence would be a piece of birthday cake from Graeme's mum. 

Exercise front, very very tough!  Especially, lunge & plank!!!  The toughest part of plank is only 15 secs intervals that is killing my stomach.

In Singapore, next weekend Formula One will happen and my company sponsors one of the teams...big parties are coming up...I should be careful again.

Day 38

Exercise is getting tougher and tougher, but I managed to finish....but foodwise, very hard to be compliant with PCP diet...today business lunch, tomorrow business lunch & dinner....next week business cocktail party followed by bangkok business trip....mmm....I need to be careful on what to eat.

Weight loss is very sluggish....except business meals,  my food intake is much smaller than what I used to have before PCP....however,  still -3KG down at the moment....

Hopefully, I want to see some changes soon....

Day 30

Selamat Hari Raya! (Happy Eid in Malaysia)
Finally, today Ramadan(Muslim fasting) will finish, hence here in Singapore today is national holiday! 
I find fine with apple & banana diet followed by veggies, but it does not fill my stomach up. That's why I naturally wake up earlier than usual because of hunger which is good move though...
My weight loss is now staggering, but I need to be more patient and see the gradual progress on my body....

Day 27

Again arm exercise...I couldn't do katana exercise at all....I could not move my arm up above shoulder level...I might as well change a rubber tube of the resistance band to lighter one....

Weight loss to date is -3.4kg, next target is -5kg.

Day 25

Back from windy & chilly Sydney....for the last 5 days,  my diet totally failed and no exercises....however, luckily, my weight didnt up at all which made myself cheer up again.

Now finally back on PCP mode, exercises are harder, but feel it though I am wondering why there are so many arm exercises....

Hope no more business trip for the next two months!
I would skip my indulgence since I tasted a bit of the cheese platter in flight.... :(
Weight loss to date is 2.9kg, try to break "-(minus)3kg" by the end of August!
