Day 30

Selamat Hari Raya! (Happy Eid in Malaysia)
Finally, today Ramadan(Muslim fasting) will finish, hence here in Singapore today is national holiday! 
I find fine with apple & banana diet followed by veggies, but it does not fill my stomach up. That's why I naturally wake up earlier than usual because of hunger which is good move though...
My weight loss is now staggering, but I need to be more patient and see the gradual progress on my body....

Day 27

Again arm exercise...I couldn't do katana exercise at all....I could not move my arm up above shoulder level...I might as well change a rubber tube of the resistance band to lighter one....

Weight loss to date is -3.4kg, next target is -5kg.

Day 25

Back from windy & chilly Sydney....for the last 5 days,  my diet totally failed and no exercises....however, luckily, my weight didnt up at all which made myself cheer up again.

Now finally back on PCP mode, exercises are harder, but feel it though I am wondering why there are so many arm exercises....

Hope no more business trip for the next two months!
I would skip my indulgence since I tasted a bit of the cheese platter in flight.... :(
Weight loss to date is 2.9kg, try to break "-(minus)3kg" by the end of August!

Day 19

Knackered....exercise is ramping up....but luckily still doable...what I am worried is business trip to Australia from tomorrow for 4days....all meals would be served from hotel....tough time....

Day 17

Am I doing wrong things?  For the last couple of days, my weight is gradually gaining......I've lost 2kg so far whereas Graeme has lost 5.4kg with the same diet & same exercises....mmm....I would have to hang in there when I hit a wall....still long way to go finishing 90days PCP....stick to what Patrick says and believe myself.

Day 15

I managed to eat a few veggie dim sum trying to leave fatty skins off followed by fresh fruit platter.
Skipping is ok since I used to do it all the time when I was a kid....I am more worried about diet part...because I am off to Australia next week for work...all meals are provided...tough one...

Day 11

Execise is getting harder & harder....especially push-ups....
There are a few luch meetings with clients next week. Most of it seems "dim sum" lunch which is entertaining guests from overseas.
How can I conquer this "dim sum" work lunch?
I can not avoid this lunch things and can't say that I can not eat any either....but any ideas on what to eat, what I better not eat?
Of course, I try to eat veggies but all seems oily?

Day 8

The real PCP began today!  I found it takes more time to do execises and prepare the meals....I need to manage limited time in the morning and how to conquer dinner/drink invitations from my friends....

Day 4

Today's exercise was much easier than yesterday's.  Maybe my legs are getting used to this PCP exercise....
I am trying to eat half potion, however, my weight has not changed at all whereas Graeme's already lost a few KGs....I need to work out harder!

Day 1 - It was fun

I thought today's exercise was tough for me since I just came back from business trip this morning with red eyes...but it was not that bad. I rather enjoyed this.

Eating half is also torelable since I ate too much for the last one week.

Let's see how this will work for my fatty body for next 89days.
