Execise is getting harder & harder....especially push-ups....
There are a few luch meetings with clients next week. Most of it seems "dim sum" lunch which is entertaining guests from overseas.
How can I conquer this "dim sum" work lunch?
I can not avoid this lunch things and can't say that I can not eat any either....but any ideas on what to eat, what I better not eat?
Of course, I try to eat veggies but all seems oily?
Junko, why not eat the prawns in the inside and just leave the fla....?
