It's been a while since my last blog....For the last couple of weeks, there were PCP failure quite a bit....
Formula One in Singapore, followed by trip to Scotland...now back in Singapore.
I need to be serious about PCP program again to finish with happy result on Day90....
you can do it! just think, only 25 more days to push thru. the end is almost in site. now that you're back home, even easier to get back to the routine. keep it up!!

One good thing is that in Tokyo -house was tooo small for skipping inside. In singapore apartment is more than big enough - so now able to do it in the air conditioning... compared to outside in summer .. way-hey.
